As parents, we are sure you feel the need to focus on raising your child into a happy adult. Luckily, the science has evolved so much lately, and it has provided us with tools to hard wire our child’s mind for happiness.
And the simplest way for ANYONE to start enjoying happiness is to practice GRATITUDE. Being grateful means to be thankful for the things we already have in our lives – big or small. Tests have shown that the happiness can be physically measured 4 weeks later after just 1 week of practicing gratitude.
In this basic course, with a duration of 1 week, your kid will prepare for happiness through gratitude.
