During these free workshops we get our hands dirty a little bit and create something different every time: from cards, to carousels to album pages. The goal here is to be mindful on the creative process, as opposed to the final result.
All you need for this is:
1 piece of cardstock of 11,5″ x 5,75″
1 piece of cardstock of 5,5″ x 5,5″
Pattern paper/packing paper:
1 piece of 5,5″ x 5,5″
1 piece of 5,25″ x 5,25″
Double-sticky tape/liquid glue/glue stick + Scissors, Ruler and pen
At the end there will be a free meditation segment (8 minute long) is guided by me and is perfect for busy people who do not have much time to meditate, but still want to engage in a daily meditative practice. Credit for the script goes to Dr. Dave Potter from Palouse Mindfulness.
